ConstruxHub is a review and intelligence platform for the construction industry. It allows subcontractors and general contractors to submit and view reviews, ratings, and business information about companies operating in the construction trades.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
ConstruxHub uses SMS one-time passcodes to verify user identity. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive verification codes via text message. Message frequency: one message per verification request. Message and data rates may apply.
You are solely responsible for the reviews, ratings, and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant ConstruxHub a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You agree not to submit content that is:
Business owners may claim their company profile by submitting a verification request. ConstruxHub reserves the right to approve or deny claim requests at its discretion. Submitting false identification or misrepresenting your identity in a claim request may result in permanent account termination.

ConstruxHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or company information submitted by users. Always perform your own due diligence before entering into business relationships.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstruxHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time and without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
