Create a Free Account

Sign up with your email address. This lets you browse the platform, view company profiles, and read reviews. You don't need to pay anything — accounts are free.

Verify with Google

To leave reviews, you need to verify your identity by signing in with Google. This keeps reviews legit and prevents fake accounts. Go to any company profile and click "Write a Review" — you'll be prompted to verify if you haven't already.

Your identity is always hidden. Verification proves you're a real person — it does NOT reveal who you are to the company you're reviewing.

Search for GCs You've Worked With

Head to the GC Directory and search for general contractors you've done jobs for. Every GC has a scorecard showing their pay history, change order practices, communication, and fairness — built from real reviews by subs like you.

Leave a Review

Click "Write a Review" on any GC's profile. You can do a Quick Review (takes 30 seconds) or an Advanced Review (more detailed, carries more weight in the scores). Your review is 100% anonymous — the GC can never see who left it.

Only one review per GC. You can edit your review anytime if things change — like if a GC's payment habits improve or get worse.

Follow Companies You Work With

Hit the "Follow" button on any GC profile to add them to your Following list. You'll be able to track new reviews as they come in and see if a company's scores change over time. You can manage all your followed companies from your Profile page.

Claim Your Sub Profile (Optional)

If your subcontracting company is listed in the Sub Directory, you can claim it as the owner. Claiming gives you full control of your company's profile — you can edit your info, respond to reviews publicly, and invite reps to help manage it.

What does "claiming" mean? It means you're telling ConstruxHub "I own or represent this company." Once approved, you become the Profile Owner and can manage how your company appears on the platform. Think of it like claiming your business on Google Maps.

What does "claiming a profile" actually mean?
Claiming a profile means you're telling ConstruxHub that you own or represent that company. Once approved, you get full control — you can edit company info, respond to reviews, invite reps, and access your Owner Dashboard. It's like claiming your business on Google Maps or Yelp.
Can the company I review see who I am?
No. All reviews are 100% anonymous. The company, their reps, their owner — nobody can see who left a review. Not even ConstruxHub admins reveal reviewer identities to companies.
Why do I need to verify with Google?
Google verification proves you're a real person, not a bot or fake account. You must be verified to leave reviews — this keeps the platform trustworthy and prevents fake or spam reviews. Your Google account is never shared with anyone — it's only used to confirm your identity.
What's the difference between a Quick Review and an Advanced Review?
A Quick Review rates the basics — pay, fairness, communication — and takes about 30 seconds. An Advanced Review adds detailed metrics like days to pay, change order percentages, and project specifics. Advanced reviews carry more weight in the company's scores.
What's the difference between an Owner and a Rep?
The Owner is the person who claimed the profile — they have full control, including the Owner Dashboard and the ability to invite/remove reps. A Rep is someone the owner invited to help manage the profile. Reps can edit the profile and respond to reviews, but they can't manage other reps or access the full dashboard.
What does "following" a company do?
Following adds a company to your Following list on your Profile page. It lets you keep track of companies you work with and quickly see their latest reviews and scores. You can also use "Request a Review" to invite followed companies to review you.
Can I review my own company?
No. If you're the Owner or a Rep of a company, you cannot review it. This keeps scores honest and prevents self-promotion.
